To better organize our support requests, we use this support ticket system. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number, which allows you to track the status of your request online at any time. For your reference, all inquiries with their corresponding responses are stored in our helpdesk. This enables you to view the responses to your inquiries online at any time. To open a ticket, a valid email address is required.
Please note that each support request incurs a fee. The exception is the resolution of malfunctions, provided that we are responsible for them. The price for each support request is 25 EUR plus 19% VAT. Additionally, each additional commenced quarter hour will be charged at 29 EUR plus 19% VAT.
